We are a German independent film production, distribution, and media company, founded in 2014. We specialize in developing short films as a concept for feature films, allowing us to test and refine ideas before committing to full-length feature films and also experimenting with new formats for web cinema and TV. This approach allows us to gain a better understanding of potential audience reception and make necessary changes to the story or production. We take risks on unconventional and challenging stories to bring unique and captivating content to audiences.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Manager and Agent to join our team. The Manager and Agent will be responsible for representing the company and its films to the industry and finding new opportunities to promote and market our projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive industry contacts and experience in the film industry, both in Germany and internationally, including Hollywood.
Responsibilities:

Representing the company and its films to the industry

Identifying and pursuing new opportunities for the company's films

Building and maintaining relationships with industry professionals, including talent, studio execs, and producers

Marketing the company's spec scripts and finding new work for the company

Keeping abreast of industry trends and identifying potential opportunities for the company

Collaborating with the company's entertainment lawyer to navigate legal matters

Identifying and pursuing new opportunities for the company
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Manager / Agent in the film industry

Extensive industry contacts, both in Germany and internationally, including Hollywood

Strong understanding of the film industry and current trends

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong knowledge of the legal aspects of the film industry, both in Germany and the US

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel as needed

Fluency in German (optional) and English
Compensation: The Manager and Agent will be compensated with a percentage of our earnings.
We are open to (both "on-site") and remote work, with a preference for having at least one Manager, one Agent, and one Entertainment Lawyer present in Germany and one of each in the US & UK.

We are currently seeking screenwriters to join our team. The screenwriters will be responsible for writing screenplays, spec scripts, and other written material for film, television, and web-based projects. They will work on their own material, and also collaborate with our development team to develop new concepts for short films, feature films, tv series, etc.
Responsibilities:

Meeting deadlines and working efficiently to complete projects on time

Communicating with the company's representatives to understand and fulfill their needs

Being reliable and consistent in delivering high-quality work.
Requirements:

Passion for storytelling and the film industry.

Strong writing skills, including the ability to create compelling characters and dialogue

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work remotely and participate in virtual meetings

Strong knowledge of the English language, German language is a plus but not a must.

Ability to work within tight deadlines and handle multiple projects at once.
Compensation: The screenwriters will be compensated with a percentage of the profits (revenue) from the sale of the rights.
